located a 15/20 walk from centre of town /Ipswich town fc , very comfy bed , exceptional facilities , inc plug socket that had USB port to charge your phone ; handy as id forgotten my charger !!!

The bed was really super comfortable and warm. This was fortunate as the night we stayed it snowed! Heating was on for an hour in the morning and evening only, but in our short stay that didnt matter.

Great location, few minutes walk to the main city centre. Train station is about a 20 minute walk as well.
Room was good size for a single, the bed was comfy and very clean. Host was very friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast bag was a little bonus for on the go-good value with porridge, juice and a pastry. Tea/coffee in the room and plenty more available at the desk if you ran out. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Good value for money.
