We were very happy with accommodation, it was spotlessly clean, had every comfort needed for our mini break, even had a selection of breakfast cereal options, fruit, teas, coffee and milk in property. This home provided us with a place to just chill, relax and de-stress, nearby local restaurant The Smiddy, serviced very nice food at good prices, we would defiantly recommend this property to our friends and relatives

Location, good size bathroom and good shower. Nice staff. Bed was comfortable. They let me store my suitcase.

Very clean and cosy, great location for walking into town and for mountain biking at Glentress and Innerleithen. Very secure bike storage which could accommodate 6 bikes. Easy parking on the quiet road directly outside the property.
What a charming cottage, the name fits it perfectly. Parking was no problem, and the bike shed was handy. Location is perfect for supplies, not too far from the cyclepath, and so quiet overnight, lovely!
Freshly prepared, good choice - would have liked option of fresh fruit. Good coffee (very important).

Second time in this guesthouse and will go back, it is super clean and just so taken care of. It is in a lovely location that is quiet and yet minutes away from the amenities. Lovely rooms and great breakfasts. Hosts most helpful welcoming and fun to chat with.
