The location was great to quickly hop on the tube, barely a 5 min walk. There was also some food and a few stores nearby if we needed something in a pinch. The town was really cute and we felt safe around! Ubers also arrived quick which was a bonus. I'd live here again!!!

Dave was a great host, very accommodating. He helped us out with some extra towels when we needed them. The area was quiet, with beautiful houses and close-by bus stops.
The room was not only comfortable but also super clean. Nights were wonderfully quiet, and the heating was just perfect. The table for two was a lifesaver for work sessions /meeting calls and cozy breakfast/coffee breaks. The good internet connection made our work smooth and hassle-free. Although there's no parking in front, we easily found multiple spots on adjacent streets. Host is fantastic and was very helpful by providing helpful information in advance about free parking streets. Overall great experience.
Location: I know Ilford quite well, its around 10-13 min walk from Ilford train station. It's at residential area which is very quiet.
Room: It's a single room of typical UK house which means it's extremely small. No kettle, no tv.
Cleanness: The shared toilet is spotlessly clean. But my bed linen and duvet is not the cleanest.
Value: Very good rate and it's easy to go to London City centre.
Very friendly host, good communication. The flat is over two floors with a comfy bed and a good sized kitchen. Although on a main road it's very quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the tube station.
A well priced room in a great location, with free parking and within an easy train ride of Stratford or London central. Good breakfast available at the Wetherspoons pub on the corner, friendly host, clean quiet room.
