Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Just what I needed, a lovely quiet guest house in a rural location, very close to the places I was visiting. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, I felt like I was the first ever guest staying in my room it was so clean and had everything I needed. Thank you.
The neighbourhood is quiet, shops are within 15 -20 mins walking distance and several busses that take you to Norwich center stop near by..

The Apple Shed is exactly as described, there are plenty of towels and toileteries provided and the welcome pack was an added bonus. The property is well maintained, exceptionally clean and finished to a high standard. Vanessa and Gary are great hosts, very welcoming and friendly.
Church Farm Guest House is in a great location. Very quit.
The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is fabulous. The rooms are clean and very warm.
Clean & spacious room. Breakfast was excellent. Hosts accommodated our request for early check in, due to attending a funeral nearby, so we were able to get changed after travelling before going to the funeral. The hosts & staff were friendly & helpful. Lovely gardens behind the guest house & plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again in future if visiting the area.
