Good facilities including a very comfortable bed. Whole place appeared to have been newly done up. Friendly staff, breakfast was great. Price was very reasonable and overall it was outstanding for the price.

Lovely hotel with delightful staff. Great location: I was in Bournemouth for an event at the O2 Academy and it was within walking distance from Balincourt. Great brekfast selection too -- I appreciated the vegetarian options available.

Supremely helpful host and a cute canine sidekick, Pumpkin. Breakfast was copious and the 7-11 am service very civilized. Beautiful home. A very relaxing and restorative stay.

Sarah is a great host and the accomodation is better than the photos show. It is spacious, clean, well kept and with all the amenities you need. It is quiet and peaceful despite the roads and the hot tub is massive. Perfect getaway with friends and my little doggo. Green space outside the front of the barn for quick dog toilet breaks. Easy to find and a great location with lovely pub and walks just outside the door.

The place is cosy and well-equipped(especially enjoyed the incredibly comfy sofa) as well as being beautifully situated, on a very quiet road. It has a rural feel with views from the conervatory,bedroom and garden, over a field with a very entertaining pheasant and small flock of sheep. Excellent location, approx 5 min drive to coast and forest/moors Donette was a lovely host; friendly and ready to help, but never intrusive.

Fantastic accommodation; clean; stylish; had everything we needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible including hot tub, bbq and WiFi; great communication from host; great location too!
The Forge is an absolute gem! It's immaculate inside and the host sarah is extremely helpful and also left some yummy treats on our arrival!
