Great location in rugby: a quick walk to the train station or the city centre with lots of basics like groceries and takeaway in easy reach. A full kitchen (shared) is provided, with cabinet space allocated for each guest room. The room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom is shared, but is clean and modern and meets the needs. Not a lot of amenities, but everything worked and the television was good. As a basic touch-down pad for a short trip, this property was just what I was looking for.

Toilet on arrival had human waste not cleaned. On the main road and constant traffic noise. Air fresheners everywhere to disguise the smell.

Clean comfortable room and conference rooms. Nice amenities (shampoo, body wash). We had a super spacious room it was lovely! So much free parking spaces! The bed was super comfortable and the room well sound proofed, it was quiet even though outside our windows was the car park. Easy to navigate TV unlike some hotels. And dinner at the restaurant was pretty good too. Cheaper to pay breakfast at reception! We had such a comfortable night sleep.

Rachel the host was absolutely fantastic, didn't want for anything the room had. Fridge, toaster, tassimo machine and microwave. Bowl full of fresh fruit, rea coffee sugar. Bottled water and milk in the fridge ready. She was very knowledgeable of the area.

Incredibly comfortable, luxurious and spacious accommodation. Rachael is a superb host who communicates brilliantly and is extremely helpful. Easily accessible for ambulatory disabled people.
The facilities were very thoughtfully put together in terms of utilities (kettle, tassimo machine, fridge, microwave etc) and also the beautifully presented welcome snacks of a small crystal fruit bowl and chocolate biscuit bars etc.
