I loved the room-- super spacious and with a lovely bustling view of the street below. It also had a dresser (!) which I love on trips, a desk to work at, and a very comfortable bed. I loved the beer garden and had a great dinner while I was there. Breakfast was well-appointed and in a gorgeous room.

Room in Guest room - Family room with private bathroom is located in Edgware, just 2.3 miles from Preston Road Tube Station and 2.5 miles from Kenton Tube Station.

I needed a place central for one night as I was flying into London and transiting to Paris the next day. I was looking for something in a neighborhood not too far from the St. Pancras train station. It was a great location in a trendy area. Owner was friendly, as were his cats. It was nice being in a normal historic home rather than a chain hotel. I would definitely stay there again. It was exactly what I needed and expected.

Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location, well appointed, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with great info on access etc and took the time to check in with us during our stay. The automatic lighting in the hallways was also really helpful.
Very easy to reach and travel via public transport, both to/from city centre as to Wembley. Communication with the hosts was really easy & great. I received an app with a small 'movie' how to get in, this was perfect. They are very friendly & willing to answer all questions.
We did not use the kitchen, but seemed well equiped. Great shower in the bathroom also.
Very good communication from the hosts, property is very secure as it’s behind three locked doors. Smart TV with everything you want. Shops all around to easily get food. It’s directly opposite the tube station. With links 30 minutes into central london. You’ll struggle to get a cheaper property at this quality in the area.
The host was extremely kind and patient with us. The first day we had to arrive in London quite late and there was absolutely no problem with the accommodation. In the morning we had breakfast, which he had taken care of. Thank you for that! The area is very quiet and peaceful and there are public transport stops nearby, shops. We are very happy with our stay. We would stay there again on our next visit.
Great service from host to locate and enter building; checked up all was ok by text, and was able to speak to a real person. Would book again. Good view, quiet, comfortable and plenty of space. Very easy access to Northern Line and therefore other parts of city; literally just over road from station. Excellent breakfast in cafe just over the road.
Great location opposite hendon central tube station. The studio had every amenity in a small space. Room, bathroom and bed all very comfortable. Hosts were very helpful
Everything, access is made easy , great host, simple things like fruit bowl and cereal etc. you don't get that at other places.

Great location very boutique style hotel - staff first class especially Alexanderi great chap checked us in and recommend places to eat - he served in the bar later for us and was a lovely host.
