Had a lovely stay at Summerfield House which is situated in a great location and walking distance to the seafront. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Fiona and Ian were great hosts, the breakfast was great and they went out of their way to accommodate our 'unusual' request...! Especially enjoyed Ian's piano playing entertainment during breakfast! :) Would definitely stay again.

Spacious property with everything you need. Great location - quiet but near to town centre and local shops etc Brilliant host! Host met us at the property to provide a tour and give details/instructions relating to the house. This was hugely helpful. The host also responded to queries immediately (requested late stay at short notice and it was granted).

Really lovely place to stay. Clean, quiet and in a great location above the Old Town. Importantly too, parking is readily available as this can be a problem in Hastings. Communication was great too. Catherine, the host, is so friendly and welcoming, thank you.
