Lovely guest house. Cosily furnished room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

Didn't have to meet anyone, just arrived and was given a code prior for a lock box on the door. Easy to open and got in no problem. Apartment was clean and modern, loved the facilities on offer, we only stayed one night so didn't use them all but there is even a washing machine and laundry products supplied. Really comfy bed and nice quiet area. So close to walk into the city centre and easy to find.. Really good value for money and friendly, helpful host.
Perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood. Great hosts and beautiful rooms - the fridge and treats were an added bonus. Gorgeous breakfast both mornings.

Beautiful period property, set in countryside so nice and quiet but also conveniently located just a few miles from Harrogate.
Great location. Breakfasts we're superb and Nick and Patrick were great hosts. Really welcoming and made a point of getting to know everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay there again!
The guest house is in a central location of Harrogate, but the bedroom at the back of the house was quiet. The hosts were most welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as juice and a cooked breakfast and the coffee came in a cafetiere.
great location , very nice ground floor room with direct access to enclosed court yard. the room is a single story rear extension to the high street tea rooms [ currently closed for refurbishment.]
