Excellent communication, really responsive to our needs re check in. Rooms were fab, they have thought of little details which just make the difference to your stay. Bonus of arriving to find they have an electric charge point for the car too. Breakfast was lovely - fresh, tasty and plenty of choice.

Location was nice, lovely little pub opposite, very peaceful, rural and quiet at the accommodation and surrounding area. Really clean and comfortable room. Friendly hosts recommended driving to market harborough 15 mins away which was a lovely day out. The bed was big and comfortable, really liked the bath too

Great location just a couple of miles off A14. Impeccably clean room - very quiet with large comfortable bed and great shower. There is also a very nich pub 2 minutes walk drom BandB serving excellent food. Breakfast was also excellent.
Accommodation was in a lovely location, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful country side. A pub/restaurant was in very close walking distance. Town of Rothwell less than a 10 minute drive away with a variety of takeways/pubs/restaurants. Great location for walking, wtih lots of public footpath routes on doorstep. Accommodation was very clean, comfy with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Delicious breakfast!!
