Beautiful working sheep farm, the rooms are in a converted barn. Great and quiet location, and perfect for visiting Hadrian's wall. Large and clean room with good beds and even a kitchenette. Very friendly host and delicious breakfast.

A charming, very well equipped cottage with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The hosts were lovely, on hand if we needed them (we didn't), but very discreet. A very comfortable bed. Linen and towels provided were of high quality. Quiet location with stunning views.

The breakfast was superb, the location rural and quiet but only 400 metres from the A69, which made going anywhere so easy. Janet & Ged are great hosts, with lots of local information.

It's a great location for exploring Hadrians Wall and Cawfields Quarry, I stayed in one of the annexe double rooms which was like a mini hotel, styled on a Swedish lodge. Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable bed, great customer service - Kirsty my host was brilliant, very friendly and a pleasant character. Other staff I met were great too. The food is locally sourced and a bargain for the price - delicious. There's a Sainsbury's 2 minutes walk away which came in handy for amenities. 10/10!
