The hosts were so patient, helpful, and kind. Chris shared local lore and pointed out wildlife in the back yard, including a badger! Elly is an amazing cook. There is a charming view of the loch. I love this place!

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. The sitting area with the wooden stove was cozy. It was very quiet. And the hotel is ideally situated to explore the region. We would love to return again sometime.

I cannot imagine a better location. Situated directly at the southern edge of Loch Ness, a beautiful lawn rolls down to the water. We also happened to be next to the dock for our Loch Ness cruise. We simply walked through the gate on the side of the front lawn. The history of the building added to the magic.

Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts with great advice on local area, amazing wildlife on your doorstep, very clean and comfortable, great food, great location with short walk down to the loch, amazing views
Great location in Foyers Bay with the Falls not far behind. Fantastic hosts - went over and beyond to make me feel and home and to offer tips for walking etc. lovely people
Chris and Elly were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property may not be on the main road, which however offers the perfect tranquility to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
We stayed at Room #3 which has a clear view of the Loch Ness as well as the guest house's front yard. The animals on site were as interesting as the hosts.
The English breakfast was cooked beautifully and very delicious.
Lovely ensuite room very tastefully decorated. Great location, the hosts were amazing the food excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this accomodation
Amazing, quiet place. Wonderful friendly hosts, incredibly delicious breakfast and dinner overlooking the lake. Fairytale house with lots of cute animals and birds around.
