I love the size of the room and impress about the check-in service. The hot shower needs to be careful. It's really hot even you turned a bit. Sadly we haven't try the restaurant downstairs but it looks really good and we hope to re visit again

Location great. Could do with a bit of TLC, some parts were a little grubby, the garden section is shared with the hosts which is something we haven't had before with this type of accommodation so we weren't entirely sure what parts we could use and what we couldn't. The bed is on the short side for tall people like myself so I wasn't able to fully stretch out. But on the whole it was decent value for money, the location was excellent. With a few improvements this place would get a full score. The hosts were very polite and helpful.

The small cottage was absolutely delightful - it was very cozy and homey, and had the essentials in the kitchenette for a quick coffee and tea before we headed back out. Check in and out was very easy, and the location was a perfect starting point for our road trip through the south of England. Dog-friendly, with a small part of the garden, clean - can highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful host. Great location for Eurotunnel ready for an early train but also a very pleasant quiet location if staying longer. Take away breakfast offered as we were checking out before breakfast started, which was very well received, great selection provided and set us up well for our journey. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again.
Amazing location for the channel tunnel - feels like you're miles away but actually a 2minute drive. Lovely and quiet - lovely room with everything you want. Good pub within a mile. Great host.
Michael made us feel welcome from the moment we rang the bell on this lovely and charming Guest House. Great location if you travel by train, just 3 mins walk from Folkestone Central. Quiet, despite the fact that we had a room on the ground floor. Room was very spacious and spotless clean!!! The garden in the property is definitely a plus! We would definitely stay again next time we are around the area.
