The House is great. Great transport connection. Tesco opposite the street.Everyday devices and accesories avaliable at the house. The relaxing area at the back is amazing, we could rest and spend time together in fresh air. Andy is a very nice man, helpful and kind. He takes care of his guests. The property was clean, spacious, in a quiet location which was only 40 minutes on the tube to central London from South Woodford, it was very comfortable and the free parking was also a bonus. Sandy was very helpful and was a great host!

Great location with plenty to do in the area. Easy to get to central London in either a cab or the train. Lovely and warm, also very clean and quiet with every kitchen facility you’d ever need. The espresso maker is a nice touch!

overall very much enjoyed our stay the only slight down side I’d say is it’s not the cheapest. is about the same cost as the Marriott at Waltham Abby. But as it’s in a great location to Epping and the makeover from the thatched house it’s undergone I can I understand why. I would stay again.
I was looking for a cheap overnight stay near the motorway. This was cheap! From the outside it did not look like much, but the rooms were actually very comfortable and pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable; and it was quiet

With very little options in the Epping area this guest house is a 5 min drive to the centre. Very quiet location. Perfect for a short break if you have family nearby. The host Des, was very nice and keen to ensure your stay was comfortable.
