Kathleen house Is exactly what It claims to be: a bedroom in a large house, with lockable doors. It's like a home from home! Very comfortable, warm and exceptionally clean. I stayed 2 nights and both mornings there was a cleaner working on the communal areas of the property (they were also very friendly).
The bathroom is shared but again is VERY clean and it was always free while I was there.

Great location, off street parking, clean room with everything we needed (& more) for our 1 night stay. Lovely touch of fresh milk in the fridge and a breakfast tray with cereal, bread, butter, jam and pain au chocolates. Host responded very quickly to an issue we had with the fire alarm. Found 2 nice pubs with food a few minutes walk away (on the river walk).
The instructions we got from the hosts prior to arrival were very clear. This place was pretty and unique. It was quiet with garden and park surroundings. The bed was one of the comfiest ones I have ever slept in, I slept like a log!
Great little property, easy to get to and free parking was a bonus! Overall the property was as advertised, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Host communication was fantastic and Martina was very pleasant. Nice and quiet.
