Very secure parking, warm greeting, clean large well fitted room, mini bar in room, comfortable bed, good shower room. Very freshly cooked breakfast. It was all excellent. Margita Miller was a great host. It is easy walking distance from town centre and sea front.

What I liked was closer to the sea, my friends and I sat until night and swam in the sea and it did not bother us and everything was so quiet, I will definitely come again.

It's clear that a good deal of thought and preparation went into this property.
Bottled water and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge to compliment the tea and coffee making facilites.
We only stayed one night, but it was extremely comfortable.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, 4 Canon Lane is situated in Chichester, 90 metres from Chichester Cathedral and 500 metres from Chichester Train Station.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The hosts provided continental breakfast, and fresh fruit, which also included varieties of teas, coffee, fruit juice and milk.
They were extremely friendly and we felt at home from the first minute. The garden is a lovely secluded area.
The Hideaway is located close to Emsworth and with easy access to Hayling Island and Portsmouth. The quietness of the area and the peacefulness of the location gave us time and space to recharge, absolutely perfect!
Perfect setting; clean and welcoming property. Loved the extra touch of breakfast items and some bubbles! Great location for walks or just enjoying the view from the decking. The host was super and responded to all queries very quickly. Loved it! Second time back and will be here again later in the year.
Very clean and comfortable room, furnishing and fittings were all in excellent condition. Had a lovely night's sleep in a comfy bed, I didn't want to get up! Debbie was an attentive and charming host and the poached eggs in my delicious eggs royal were cooked to perfection. Perfectly located in a peaceful spot but close enough to conveniently drive to various points of interest.
Excellent room, great facilities, well decorated. Very quiet and peaceful. Great view over fields and pasture. Welcome treat of minibrownies very welcome. Breakfast room very pleasant, excellent breakfast, well cooked and presented. Charming hosts.
What a great place to stay. Large room, very clean and modern. Everything worked. Tea, coffee, chocolate drink, biscuits and even some cake. great hosts, great breakfast and a great location. And all for a price that would be double if this was a hotel. Fantastic :-). The zero touch approach to checkin with clear instructions made it very easy when we arrived. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. 11/10 for me.
