The room was warm, nice, clean. The facilities are excellent, you have a blanket under the bed in case is colder, hair dryer, tea, coffee. The small fridge was a bonus with some milk inside. But l think the best is you get the chance to seft check in phoning then in case you can arrive at check-in time. Plus the location cant be better, in town centre

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. Hotel is a great location just off the motorway.
The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. I was here for a family party that was being held at the hotel which was amazing. The staff did an excellent job and the food was fantastic. The bar staff on the evening were outstanding, a credit to the hotel.
Room was clean and presentable, in a great location for the train station. Host was attentive and helpful. Great base for exploring Chester and Liverpool, as we did.
Great communication from the host prior to our stay and being greeted on arrival, always fast to respond to messages and even got wished a happy birthday, a genuinely lovely host and really homely rooms that made us feel comfortable, area was quiet and good off street free parking available. Location 10 min walk to train station for Liverpool and good access to Cheshire oaks designer outlet and Chester itself via car, would highly recommend :)
Lovely welcoming hotel, great location, views over canal stunning, very quiet yet only few minutes from the motorway. Great breakfast. Spacious rooms which were cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and really made us feel welcome.
Swimming pool was a bonus. Would definitely come again.
The hotel was wonderful. Breakfeast was freshly cooked and best we have had at any hotel. Staff in all areas of the hotel were wonderful. The rooms were so quite. We stay 3 Nights and the hotel hosted 3 weddings and it was so quiet and the beds so comfirtable we all slepted well. If anybody wants a great wedding vue and Hotel for family of all ages this the place to go, A great big thank you to all the staff at Holiday Inn.
Lovely, cosy and modern room. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The mini fridge was an added bonus. Ideal location for Cheshire Oaks (only 5 mins away) and we were able to park on the drive. Host was very friendly and helpful. Exactly what we needed and would recommend.
