This location is by far my favourite place I have ever stayed. Jordan was an exceptional host and responded so quickly to questions. The home is amazing with so many interesting additions. The main bedroom was amazing and the free standing bath was an excellent addition. The cinema was brilliant and there are so many movies to choose from. The location was also so central and only ten minutes from the city centre. I cannot wait to go back. I'll be there every year!

The hosts were very accommodating! We were extremely pleased with the amount left on offer to us. We felt highly impressed with our stay on a whole and in a very peaceful and quiet location. Daisy the dog is extremely friendly. Very well trained also. Was able to come and please as we wanted with no restrictions and a nice area to park the car right outside. Had facilities for washing clothes with pods also left under the sink and a washing line. Everything you would possibly dream of and more! Couldn’t hype it up anymore, have already started to plan another trip back as it was phenomenal!

The property is finished to a very high standard. The bed was comfortable in a large bedroom. Good storage and lovely view out of the Juliet balcony windows. The night view is great too looking at the lights towards Belfast in the distance. The wide choice of breakfast items to choose from in the hallway was nice. This includes fresh fruit and honey made on site. Bathroom and toilet were a treat with plenty of space and a large shower. We would highly recommend the Hay Loft.

So, so impressed.... level of comfort, cleanliness, décor, access and all the little touches in terms of presentation and communication were first class! And the price was very reasonable. Hotel standard in a house!

The most remarkable and splendid accommodation I have experienced in Belfast todate. Certainly 7 star rating and much more comfortable than most Hotels! This ultra modern house has been built with passion and homeliness together with a priceless view of West Belfast. Both hosts are compassionate and seek to meet every needs and expectations of its guests throughout the day! They make this guest house inviting and a pleasurable experience, and one to remember.
The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and well prepared. The host are lovely people. The place is so beautiful and peaceful. I won't hesitate coming back. Nice environment. Very clean and the rooms are top notch.
Neil and Rush are amazing hosts. They were both highly accommodating and everything was completed to a high standard. The interior, facilities and scenery are incredible. The spa facility consisting of a pool, jacuzzi and sauna was beautiful, relaxing and clean! Having the option of adding a cooked or continental breakfast is extremely convenient. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
The property was amazing, finished at a 10/10 standard clean and modern. The spa was absolutely amazing with a hot tub and hydro pool. The room was clean and comfortable and we were left little chocolates which were lovely! We had a balcony and the view was AMAZING, there was shelter and seats and it was lovely to sit out in the sun. The hosts were lovely people who should be proud of what they’ve accomplished it’s beautiful! We had breakfast and it was fresh and filling.
Neil and Rush were excellent hosts so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. It’s such a beautiful place, everything was top notch. The bed was so comfortable and we loved the little box of chocolates left for us. The spa facility was amazing a real treat.
