Great location! A bit of a hill to get but no struggle at all. Had a lovely view of the cove from my room with a stunning view of the sunset. Lovely room and the staff were so nice! Breakfast was delicious as well, with lots of options.

The Island & Fairfield, hotel in Douglas

Situated in Douglas, 1.2 km from Douglas Beach and 1.3 km from TT Grandstand, The Island & Fairfield features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building.

I travelled from Birmingham for a job interview and had a wonderful experience. The lady at the front desk (I did not catch her name) was incredibly lovely, helpful, and kind. She even went out of her way to arrange a taxi for me. The breakfast was delicious, and the entire place had such a welcoming atmosphere. I would happily stay here again without a doubt. Tania.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the city centre, close to the waterfront. There is a small park nearby. Clean, cozy, warm, quiet apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. New modern household appliances, a complete set of kitchen utensils, the availability of detergents and etc. There was always hot water. The bed was comfortable, bed linen and towels were clean and new. Communication with the owners left only pleasant impressions. We'll definitely be back here again.
