Great location in rugby: a quick walk to the train station or the city centre with lots of basics like groceries and takeaway in easy reach. A full kitchen (shared) is provided, with cabinet space allocated for each guest room. The room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom is shared, but is clean and modern and meets the needs. Not a lot of amenities, but everything worked and the television was good. As a basic touch-down pad for a short trip, this property was just what I was looking for.
Just 5 minutes’ walk from Rugby center, Diamond House has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

The owers were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and inlcuded juice, cereal, eggs, toast, sausage and beans plus tea or coffee. The bed was firm and very comfortable.

The host and hostess, David and Lizzie, were absolutely charming and couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. The view from our room was stunning and the decor of the whole house is fabulous, being fun and eclectic with incredible taste.
The location is perfect for walks and peace and quiet but with many restaurants and pubs and historic houses to visit. Just perfect.
The B&B was absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately we were only there for the one night, but was super impressed.

Clean , warm , comfy had everything we needed . Beautiful quiet location . Host were lovely and greeted us in the rain and even provided me with gluten free breakfast. They even got an iron from there own house for us to use .
We liked that the facilities were clean and everything was easy to use. Each appliance had its booklet to study if you needed help with anything. There was a kitchen/dining area and bedroom with un-suite. Also heating was electric and easy to use. We would recommend these huttes because they are self contained and very quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and very helpful with local information. We had a very peaceful stay.
