I had a very spacious room........and that's all. This is what we call in England a house of multi-occupancy in a different guise, an HMO. Stained sheets and a grubby bathroom welcomed me in the morning when I stripped the bed and had a shower.

The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Beautifully fitted bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Plenty of tea and coffee provided, the only thing I would say is if you are a mug of tea person rather than a cup take a travel mug with you as small cup and saucer is provided. Minor quibble though.

The host was very helpful. Keep in touch throughout the stay. All requirements were meet and exceeded. I have 5 people staying for work purposes and had wonderful feedback about the facilities. Great Host, great home. 10/10.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Bottles of Water, cereals and milk, bread, snacks in the cupboard with few packets of noodles was a great touch. The way the Host respond quickly to requests etc. along with his calm and respectful countenance is commendable. The calm, quiet location/neighbourhood is a plus. Onsite parking is a bonus.
