Was given a room underground pretty much and explained I'm clostraphobic and asked to get moved and wasn't accommodated. Was noisy all night with doors banging and the receptionist walking about making so much noise til 2.30am

This is an excellent small apartment in a great location for transport. Ideal for travellers who plan to not be in the accommodation for the day. The host was very responsive and accommodating of our early check in. Key collection was easy.
Westow house has a great vibe, the pub is nice and our room was cosy. Beds were comfortable, there was good hairdryer, tea/coffee, and toiletries.
Location is not central but acceas to the public transportation is great (bus and train stations are close). It takes around 40-50min to get to the city center.
Crystal Palace is a nice area, pretty quiet, clean and safe. Shops and other pubs are close by. The views from the hills are amazing!
