Breakfast was extra, but a very nice selection with fresh made coffee; very accommodating. The hotel was more like a Bed and Breakfast and very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Besides our room, we could also use the living room provided. The owners live on site so very easy to make a request or get in touch with them. If needed, called a taxi as needed for us when we went out. Would definitely return to Windfalls Boutique. There is not much too do in Crawley but the surrounding towns are very nice to visit.

The room was very clean and comfortable despite the small size. It was very close to the airport via taxi. The host was fantastic and very helpful in getting me a taxi for the morning.

Affordable, clean, close to Tesco Express, bus and train station. Train station will take you to central London for site seeing. Kamran was a great host, he accomodated my early check in and communication was good. Highly recommend this place.
We booked a room with a shared shower room and toilet. Ali the host sent detailed directions so we had no problems finding the place. It's just 15 Minutes away from the Gatwick Airport which makes it a perfect location if you're traveling. Its also in walking distance to the city center of Crawley where you can find several lovely restaurants.

The room was fresh, modern and very clean. First time staying in guest house and this room did not disappoint, the newly fitted shower [bathroom facilities] where excellent and I had a very good nights sleep - comfortable and quiet!!
Host asked if milk was needed for the room, received a fresh mini-jug of milk. The simple personal touches made the stay very pleasant and the recommendations from Gino for Evening meal and breakfast proved valuable and very helpful.
Gino was great host, good chats, good laughs, a few knowledge sharing, and even other guests joined in for a little laugh :). Great overnight sleep, really quiet and good for Gatwick airport, as it's just 9 mins away. Would definitely staying again.

Luxurious accommodation set in a convenient but quiet location, with good links to Crawley and London. The room was beautifully furnished, with a very comfortable bed and luxurious fittings throughout. Margarita was very hospitable as our hostess. Breakfast was superb, with fresh fruits, and several options for the cooked food.
