Spacious room with shared bathroom (both nice and refurbished) and a very helpful host.
Despite being close to a busy road, one barely hears the traffic due to the good windows.
Overall a very comfy stay.

Each room was like an exhibition. We were surprised about the collections of the souvenirs from many countries and owner's hard work to decorate every room.

The breakfast was very hearty with a good selection, the sausages were particularly good. The room, although basic was clean and tidy and sufficient for the two nights we stayed. The was a descent selection of dinner options and the two nights I ate there, the food was well cooked and presented.

Clean, spacious & all facilities there if you need it for cooking, washing & ironing. Good Wi-Fi.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great location, very close to the city centre and cathedrals, with a lot of choices for dining. Very useful as we were only there for one night and so were able to make the most of the time. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Video instructions for entering the building and collecting keys etc were helpful and saved time. All in all a great (if short) stay.
Great host and location. So close to the NEC but rural and quiet. Felt really safe as a solo female traveller. Host Becky was great to show me in and then leave me to it.
Absolutely spotless rooms with very modern facilities.
Bathroom had nice full bottles of shampoo/shower gel and extra toilet paper.
Kitchen had plenty cutlery/utensils/cleaning supplies.
Cheaper than other hotels and in a great location close to the city centre
Accommodating hosts for late check in at no extra charge, friendly and straight forward
great location, short walk from train station and from city centre. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great to have onsite parking. Fresh milk, tea, coffee and fresh fruit available on arrival. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay and could comfortably accommodated a family.
