Everything! Location on the Promenade was ideal, the room was comfortable with a view of the Irish Sea, breakfast was tasty, & most of all our hosts were fabulous.

Hosts went above and beyond. Bed and room were comfortable with a large bathroom. Close to everything. I was always able to find parking nearby. A few seagulls apparently don't like my rental car... Ha! Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Nice clean room, good view despite the scaffolding. Good value and everything as expected.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Friendly and welcoming hosts, go out of your way to ensure you are comfortable. They accommodated an earlier check-in as we arrived on bicycles. There is a variety of breakfast options and good portion size. Quiet, clean and cosy rooms, and the location is very easy access to the city centre (5 min walk). Attention to detail in the rooms - we had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, water and glasses. We felt very calm here. Everything was superb.
We were so impressed with the Bryn Derwen Guest House. The location was in a really quiet road and the property had an excellent view of the surrounding area. The location was just a short walk to the town which meant that i could leave the car. The room was really clean and very comfortable. The hosts were great, really friendly and made my wife and I feel so welcome. The breakfast (Welsh Breakfast) was without doubt the best we have ever had over the years staying in B&Bs.
Great location, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely place, clean and comfortable. Quiet little street, very peaceful so good night's sleepl! No problem parking. Excellent communication from our host Ben.
Great room, great location, great breakfast, great host great experience overall! The breakfast bag Melissa provided on my last day to take with me was very nice and convenient. Thank you!
This is the third time we've stayed at Bryn Derwen Guest House and they didn't disappoint. Andrew & Gill are great hosts; very interested in what you've got planned and always on hand to help with local knowledge. Their breakfasts are the best as they're cooked to order. The rooms are clean and tidy and just the job. Will be going back next year!!
The property was clean and well maintained and the hosts ensured it was well equipped. It is a great location, only a stones throw from Conwy town and castle in a peaceful, quiet street. We had a dog with us and the garden was perfect and secure for him to explore, there is also a dog park pretty much at the end of the road and a dog friendly beach (all summer too!) a 5 minute drive away. A great family trip.
Lovely place, views across field of sheep and cows staying in 'Willow'. Great location for Conwy area and Snowdonia, Bets y coed just a 15 min drive. Friendly host and overall the property was perfect for me, not fussy, really quiet and everything you need.
