My partner & I needed somewhere to stay near to the marina for our tour of the Radio Caroline ship. The Mariner's Suite was within walking distance of not just the jetty but the nearby Tesco Express for food and supplies but also fantastic places to eat on the water's edge. Access instructions were really clear, the room and facilities were amazing, easy parking on site and the bed was super comfy. Great value for money too.

The room was beautiful and the bed so comfy the only thing i would improve is the tea/coffee and it only stands out because the rest was so lovely - will definitely be coming again.

The location of Victoria Villa GH is fine by me - easy walking into town and onto the beach.
The breakfasts were something else, and by 'full English' I mean that, so much so that I had to drop some items day by day because there was so much on my plate. The choice of items was great and it was served hot and on time. If you say you want breakfast at 8.30 am - be there!
The hosts were friendly and ensured that I had everything I needed.

Great location close to the train station and city center. A very quiet large apartment with a strong WI-FI connection and a balcony. Staff replied fast when I had a question or an issue. The apartment comes with one parking spot.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming while the room was comfortable and cosy. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and biscuits and sweeties. There was also a good TV and access to major subscription channels. To cap it all it was so quiet at night. Lastly it is exactly what it says it is, quirky and quaint.

Great location, central but quiet, a 5 minute walk to the town centre. No on-street parking but very cheap long-stay car park in walking distance. Justine and Mounir are super friendly hosts and we loved having a chat. It was nice to meet Captain the parrot, too! You can see the TLC they put into their house, it's very small but very cute. It was nice to have Netflix in our room on a nice large TV to relax after a busy day!
Great location for visiting Colchester. Everything we wanted to see was less than a 15 minute drive from the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, such a quiet location. Great communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.
