A true Home from Home! Kevin and Karen could not have been more accommodating, and helpful during my stay they were amazing - the room was lovely and cosy, breakfast was cooked to order and was fantastic! Fabulous location, meer minutes walk to the pier and the beach - a lovely welcoming vibe throughout. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the area!
The Chudleigh is located close to Clacton-on-Sea's pier, seafront and shopping centre.

My room was spotless with a huge comfy 6ft bed and all the lovely extras like toiletries tea and coffee facilities even a fridge was in the room

Location best we could find for our needs, although a little further afield than we would have wanted, However, the bonus was proximity to the sea front and village. We originally booked for one night, but requested a second for which we changed room, and the cleaning team were very helpful.

We love it at the Victoria Villa Guesthouse Kevin and Karen are great hosts, very welcoming and guesthouse spotlessly clean. Not forgetting the lovely Katie the dog she loves lots of strokes and cuddles.

I stayed here with my family of 5 adults for my aunts wedding. Mario was a great host. He allowed us to check in early as we had to get ready for a wedding. He sent me a video of how to use the key code which was very helpful on arrival. The place was clean and exactly as described. Fully equipped. The apartment is very cosy and in a great location right by the beach. Mario answered all our questions promptly. Wifi down the side of the bed in the bedroom & there is an airbed available if there are more than 4 guests.
Beautiful guest house in a great location. Received a warm, friendly welcome from our host who was so helpful in offering recommendations for eating out and places to visit while we were there. Our room was on the top floor from which we could see the sea. Room and en-suite were well appointed and immaculate. Good choice of breakfast, which was very good too. Great place to stay, and we will definitely be back if in the area again. Highly recommend.

It was our 2nd stay here at Viva Guest House and yet again we couldn't fault our stay. The rooms are lovely, modern and clean. Kirk is such a great host and so attentive to our needs. We will always stay here for our Clacton visits.
