The location of Victoria Villa GH is fine by me - easy walking into town and onto the beach.
The breakfasts were something else, and by 'full English' I mean that, so much so that I had to drop some items day by day because there was so much on my plate. The choice of items was great and it was served hot and on time. If you say you want breakfast at 8.30 am - be there!
The hosts were friendly and ensured that I had everything I needed.
The Chudleigh is located close to Clacton-on-Sea's pier, seafront and shopping centre.

Great location. Lovely welcoming hosts & staff who went the extra mile to help us. Comfortable rooms with everything you need and quality extras. Lots of choices for breakfast and we were even sent away with freshly baked muffins which were delicious later in the day. Highly recommended- don’t hesitate to book.

We love it at the Victoria Villa Guesthouse Kevin and Karen are great hosts, very welcoming and guesthouse spotlessly clean. Not forgetting the lovely Katie the dog she loves lots of strokes and cuddles.

I stayed here with my family of 5 adults for my aunts wedding. Mario was a great host. He allowed us to check in early as we had to get ready for a wedding. He sent me a video of how to use the key code which was very helpful on arrival. The place was clean and exactly as described. Fully equipped. The apartment is very cosy and in a great location right by the beach. Mario answered all our questions promptly. Wifi down the side of the bed in the bedroom & there is an airbed available if there are more than 4 guests.
Beautiful guest house in a great location. Received a warm, friendly welcome from our host who was so helpful in offering recommendations for eating out and places to visit while we were there. Our room was on the top floor from which we could see the sea. Room and en-suite were well appointed and immaculate. Good choice of breakfast, which was very good too. Great place to stay, and we will definitely be back if in the area again. Highly recommend.
Excellent friendly reception Location is as good as it gets. breakfast was superb , as were the options. The room and facilities were clean and very well presented. And it was quiet which allowed me a great nights sleep. Carol is a great hostess
It was our 2nd stay here at Viva Guest House and yet again we couldn't fault our stay. The rooms are lovely, modern and clean. Kirk is such a great host and so attentive to our needs. We will always stay here for our Clacton visits.
