The Old Vicarage Dolfor, hotel in Chirbury

This former Victorian vicarage offers 4-star accommodations in mid-Wales. There is WiFi throughout, off-road parking and an electric car charging point.

This beautiful old home is right in the middle of Wales. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. They really thought of everything you could possibly want or need for a wonderful stay. Their yummy breakfast and lovely dining room exceeded all expectations and they even had some amazing gluten free options for our friend who needed them. We couldn’t have been happier with our visit. You can even schedule ahead to use their EV charger.

A warm welcome awaits for this property from Carole, the host and Archie, the cat. Beautifully located farmhouse in a quiet location surrounded by picturesque countryside. The room for our stay was beautifully decorated and comfortable and equipped with a shower, flat screen TV and a kettle. Optional English breakfast was available, for an extra charge, which was exceptionally delicious. We enjoyed our stay here and, the property is great value and is highly recommended.

Peaceful location, lovely host Carole has lots of interesting stories to tell - we had enjoyable conversations. An amazing garden which Carole designed and landscaped. And of course the lovely cat. A nice quiet escape - perfect for getting away from it all. The room is a good size and has everything you need. Carole is very accommodating and is a great host.
