Room and bathroom were clean but disappointed in the TV and unable to watch catch up TV ..in this day and age I would expect it as it is nice to chill for an hour or so before going to sleep. Not a major thing just disappointed. But most definitely very clean

I had to be at Southmead Hospital for 7am to book in for surgery. The Elms location was perfect - 3 minutes down the road. the beds were comfortable and it was spotlessly clean

Very smart guest house, feeling more like a small hotel. Well decorated interior, in slightly old fashioned style, which I like. Reminded me of the family-owned hotels you get in seaside resorts. Everything immaculately clean. Good cooked breakfast in a formal 'hotel-style' dining room. Room and bed very comfortable.

The room was clean with a big bed and big tv, the property was easy to access and felt secure. The location had lots of restaurants and shops and bus stops to take you into town, would definitely recommend for people visiting Bristol on a budget.
