Friendly staff made us feel welcome and couldn't do enough to make our visit the best. Our room was perfect, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable ✨️ Could not fault it 100% will definitely go there again and encourage others to visit. Might seem off the beaten track but it's not and worth the minimal effort...loves it..can't rate it enough 💖

The property is located in the heart of the city with a quick walk away from City Center and all the local bars, dining, and tea and coffee shops. The property is professionally cleaned everyday with basic supplies for tea / coffee etc arranged every day. The bathrooms are clean and upgraded. There is a Tesco store just Hal a block away which is a great plus as they also have a coffee and breakfast place inside and that was great for morning.

There wasn’t breakfast, it’s advertised as bed and breakfast you pay for bed and breakfast yet on arrive you find out via a fact sheet that due to Covid breakfast won’t be provided, if I knew that before I would have stayed somewhere else

They really couldn't have gone to more trouble with the facilities... everything you could want on hand.Good quality fittings and a bargain price. Rural location, but close to civilisation with a car!

James and Katherine are the perfect hosts who made us feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely old cottage with charming features, comfy beds, excellent range of tea facilities in our room, good shower and nice little touches like complimentary biscuits, bathrobes and toiletries. Breakfasts are first class with endless choice, with the vegetarian grill and home-made bread and jam being particularly appreciated.
Very peaceful, space finished to high standard and great hosts who made us feel very welcome. Able to take our little boy to see the ducks and sheep on the farm. Hosts provided a Weber BBQ for our use.
A lovely, comfortable stay. James and Katherine were welcoming, helpful, and attentive, perfect hosts. They provided us with a variety of fresh fruits every morning. It would be good if this was available for all guests, perhaps part of a buffet breakfast.

We stayed here as a half way on our way to Cornwall and were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was, especially for the reasonable price, including full English breakfast!
