The single room was really small but so am I. Therefore I could manage but someone bigger might have trouble. It was also really hot during the heat wave. Even so I enjoyed the location that was close enough to the center that I could walk there taking a scenic route along a small river. And there was parking provided.

The location was perfect 2 min walk from the center. The room was clean and had all nicely decorated. Refurbished bathroom. Flat TV. Espresso machine. I loved that the host cleaned the room and refilled my water and coffee everyday (small details make all the difference) Savas the host was excellent helpful, cool and always with a smile ready to help. Will definitely choose it for my next stay in Canterbury! Great value for money. The place was excellent ❤️

Great location and excellent shower. The room was small but the bed was very comfy! There was also a very convenient and cheap public parking nearby ( 5 min walk away). The host were responsive and very helpful.
Meeting friends in Canterbury for the evening and decided to book a single bedroom at Harriet House after reading reviews and was not dissapointed. Heidi and Paul were great hosts. Very well presented house, great location with secure off street parking. Very clean and well equipped room. Fantastic breakfast. Exceptional value overall. Fantastic and plentiful breakfast catered for my needs as a vegan. The room was very comfortable and clean. The room was very quiet. I was able to park off the street in a gated area on the property. Paul and Heidi were very welcoming, warm, helpful and professional in their approach. They were great hosts. I stayed there for work and intend to stay again, not only for work, but for just taking a break in Canterbury. Thank you..

The location was perfect, handy for the Wincheap estate & just an easy walk into the City centre. The room was very quiet despite the property being on the main road. Breakfast was good & the hosts were delightful, nothing was too much trouble,They were attentive & always had a smile for me. I will be staying there again.
