Nice breakfast, bacon was delicious, coffee machine with pods was a nice touch, comfy sofa, huge TV, great shower, helpful host.. very comfortable stay in lovely location.

It was a good place, as you only have to walk like 5 mins then your in town, so then you can get food, or go to the pub

- The social club on the same road reminded us both of old school community, this is a lovely reset to visit in the evening and is very cheap! Highly recommend visiting

Great location - we arrived late which was with prior agreement. Lovely room and comfy bed. We ate at the pub across the road. Breakfast was delicious and very good options available. Helen was a great host. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again. They offer parking and transfers to the cruise terminal but we didn't use this on this occasion
Gorgeous family run boutique hotel hidden in a quiet little spot not far from Southampton on the edge of the New Forest. Room was spotlessly clean, hosts friendly, and bed extremely comfortable. Could not have asked for more.

Convenient to Ferries,Forest and Southampton,a warm welcome from friendly hosts with a quiet,peaceful sleep and lovely breakfast. An old Inn just across the road very handy for a nightcap.It felt like staying with friends and we will be back.
We stayed with our 10 year old granddaughter who loved the pool although it was cold and the basketball net…the owners have a 2 year old German Shepherd who was very friendly Lulu loved playing with him. The shower was amazing and great to jump into after a swim. Chris & Roxi we’re great hosts … very welcoming and not intrusive.
