Everything about this little guest house makes you feel good. We have stayed here 3 times and just love the continuity.
My sister and I share the twin room which is just perfect for us.
We love the area with a bus stop outside the property or an easy walk down to the village. Budleigh Salterton is charming with its pubs and shops right on the seaside. A visit to the Donkey sanctuary or a walk along the river otter to Otterton are highly recommended.
Kathryn and George are the perfect hosts by the way x
Absolutely beautiful bedroom, sitting room and bathroom in a lovely house. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming and receptive. The decor was charming and the breakfast was excellent
The flat is situated at the end of a quiet road. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host, Jenny, is very friendly and welcoming. There was milk and tea/coffee available on arrival (with a chocolate each for us which was a nice touch. There was also a map and general details about the property and local area left on the kitchen counter. The flat was perfectly located for the places we wanted to visit in the area.
Our 'deluxe room' turned out to be a suite with bedroom, bathroom and lounge with smart TV. Amazing!
The breakfast was superb, excellent quality, so we did not need lunch.
Great communication with our host and flexible check-in arrangements.
Great location with easy walk into town.
