Such a lovely place to stay, parking right outside, greeted warmly when we arrived and the rooms have everything you need! Easy walk into the centre with plenty of places to grab a drink and something to eat. Visting the area to go to Silverstone, which was under 30mins away, so this was a perfect location and place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Location was great as on a road going straight to the city centre with a bus stop just across the street. Anita was wonderful, trying to help me find my way to the house as finding the right bus and the right bus stop got challenging. Room had a window to the side road and you could hear a car passing once in a while, but other than that, it was very quiet, I slept wonderfully. Even if the room was small, there were lots of cupboards and a wardrobe with a full size mirror, a desk, a hair dryer, a small fridge, so I found it had everything I needed for my stay.

This is a great place to stay in Oxford- we loved it , in spite of some of the issues we experienced. Excellent location . Very central but also quiet . Very high spec furnishings and fittings . Loved the old features alongside modern touches eg usb chargers , great lighting .

It had a twin room with a walk in shower on the ground floor. There was a big fan in the room as we were travelling in summer. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and allowed me to sit in the breakfast room and watch the Olympics while I waited for my friend to come back from sightseeing before we left. Very convenient for buses into Oxford for sightseeing.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The layout of the property was beautiful, it felt like a real luxurious stay, hosts made a real effort to decorate for my birthday and even added a bottle of Prosecco! Nice touch that there was cows/oat milk and even cans of fresh water in the fridge. Towels/gowns and slippers even tooth brushes and tooth paste which was lucky as we forgot to pack them! Even sanitary products available. Such a lovley stay we look forward to booking again and staying longer as we spent a lot of time shopping
Beautiful property in a lovely location. Facilities were great and lots of thoughtful touches added. Communication from hosts was excellent. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future
Loved this retreat! The property was great and very modern and the hot tub and spa bath were amazing! Location is great just 10mins drive from Bicester town and the hosts were lovely and super responsive. Will be visiting again!
OMG! What an absolute gem of a place. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very chic and luxurious. In a stunning location. Very quiet in a lovely localised village.
Excellent experience from start to finish. David & Erica communicated all the information we needed and we had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and comfortable and we could not have wished for anything more. There was even chilled fizz and milk. They are very thoughtful hosts and even posted my back something I’d forgotten which was deeply appreciated.
