The house was very beautiful, well designed and clean. The bed was also very comfortable and there were some lovely touches in the room and communal spaces. I also appreciated the calm and quiet. The communal spaces were great because the other guests were really lovely and I was able to socialise with them.

Good location& price for London. Just around the corner from a friends house in Crystal Palace. The landlord very kindly picked me up from the train station due the booked train time cancelation to allow me to drop luggage off & catch tube into Leicester Square.

I booked this for a last minute gig at the O2 and the location was very handy, with a bus stop just outside the front door. The room had clearly been a kitchen cum living room before and was spacious.

This is a guest house and the room I had was spotlessly clean, Tracey, the lady who runs the guest house couldn’t have been more helpful, even offering to drive me to the party I was attending.
It’s facilities are reflected in the price, which is very reasonable, so don’t expect hotel facilities - although cannot fault the room for comfort and cleanliness. It’s in a quiet road, so no cars racing by. There are different grades of rooms to choose from.
Perfect place for a short trip like mine. The host is extremely polite and helpful, the bus stop is 5 mins by foot, a train station is also very nearby. The neighbourhood is very quiet.
The shower is a big bonus it ie clean and modern tracey was a great host and I have future bookings with her also gave me a late check out due to work commitments
