Great B&B set In beautiful surrounds. We loved the swimming pool and clean well equipped room with comfortable bed. Staff were very kind and friendly. They re-opened the pool for us after we arrived in the evening after a long drive.

Excellent hosts that gave great communication prior to arrival and very kindly emailed me to inform that my room was available to check in early. Also on my day of departure allowed me to leave my luggage and also lent me an umbrella after I had checked out. Thank you so much, will certainly return when visiting my family

The hosts were very friendly and helpful with questions about Bridlington. The breakfast were very good quality. The location was 2 min walk from the sea front. The cleanliness was spot on. Restaurant around the corner called Aloha was amazing (pic of meal ncluded). Beer garden in Restaurant called Salt was a sun trap even on a really windy.

Cooked breakfast was excellent. Hot and an wide variety of items buffet style. We also used the restaurant the speciality is their carvery and it offered a range of meats and variety of vegetable and potato dishes. The beef was very tender. Room spotlessly clean and the bonus was a proper bath. Very quiet - Room 9 top floor - and the beds were very comfortable and gave a great nights sleep.

The owner was nice and helpful. My partner forgot his swimming trunks and they offered to lend one. The room and guest house is spotless. They have a pool which is wonderful. We were the only one there for the night but they graciously opened it to let us use it. There are shops nearby and places to eat, lakes nearby which activities to do. Buses available for further areas too. Parking is available. Breakfast was nice, water dispenser available.

What a fabulous stay. Perfect hosts, beautiful setting in large gardens. Delicious breakfast served overlooking the grounds. We took a trip to Bempton Cliffs and saw so many puffins and gannets - incredible. We also had use of their fabulous pool and steam room. The beds were so comfy - best sleep in ages. Great shower. Lovely communal lounge and honesty bar. We even had a massage with @Carrie-Anne Health and Beauty which finished our stay off perfectly. Thanks to all at Burton Lodge!
