It's very quiet and undisturbed, we've stayed a few times and enjoy feeling we can come and go or relax without seeing much of anyone else!
Rooms are comfortable, very clean and adequate for a short stay.
On this stay we discovered a courtyard garden behind the stables which seems accessible when the rest of the venue doesn't have a wedding etc.

Wonderful stay in an exceptionally well presented apartment located within a quiet street and a short pleasant walk into the town. We were met by the host James shortly after arrival and made us feel most welcome, and was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely book again when in the area, thank you James.
Good communication and accommodating host. Clean. House was as described in listing. There were two supposedly dedicated parking spaces in front of the house (although the neighbors did tend to park in them). Nice quiet area. Plenty of options nearby both for groceries and for prepared food.

Virtually everything, much bigger and better than we were expecting, very well equipped, easy to find cottage in a quiet location close to Boston, lovely little orchard, great for dogs too. Not much more expensive than basic hotels but so much more and better value, especially having your own space. Good communication with the hosts, easy check in and out. Highly recommended, we know you'll love it too!
This is charming accommodation in a pretty setting next to the Windmill. The hosts are very friendly and obliging and the pub has a good choice of ales.
great location near the city centre. perfect for the Boston marathon. 4 min walk from the start. the room was small but well equipped and comfortable. perfectly fine for 1 night stay. I stayed in room number 5 and it was very quiet. staff was very friendly and very accommodating.
