The property is like being in a fairy tale! There’s so much history and beauty! Our room (Millet Room) was quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
The outside grounds were spacious and stunning.
Just steps away from restaurants and quaint shops. But the property is private and feels like you’re miles away!

The location was perfect! We took an Uber from the station -- an unnecessary splurge. Walked back to the station in the morning as the Uber fare had increased by 500%. That is not a misprint! Not really an issue (even in the rain) as it's about a ten minute walk, all flat. Ten minute walk to the RSC Swan Theatre as well.
Breakfast was great -- the most perfectly cooked fried egg, jammy yolk and perfectly set white. Good coffee and of course tea.

Alvaro and Kristen are wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough to ensure our experience was a wonderful one. Their attention to detail and little touches showed a lot of thought.
The accommodation is a unique space in a beautiful old building and represented great value. Highly recommend!

Lovely olde building with beams and twisty little stair cases. Charming chatty staff and you can get Sri Lankan food as well as British. Set in a beautiful quiet village, offering pleasant walk.
Stayed in one of the four poster rooms, nice size, clean and quiet room. very comfortable bed. Really nice old building. We ate food in the pub in the evening and had breakfast. Excellent food.
No hairdryer in room but reception had one we could borrow.

We stayed in Blockley to avoid paying the price to stay in Chipping Campden or Stow on the Wold. We were very pleasantly surprised at how relatively quiet Blockley was. As charming, if not more than, the villages mentioned above.
Great location it a quaint Cotswold village. Staff were superb. Food was wonderful.
