Very central location with lovely chatty hosts. They went out of their way to help us. The full English breakfast was great, with loads of toast, choice of fruit juices & we could have had cereal as well.
The room was lovely & warm & it was great to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The TV was huge, my husband enjoyed match of the day!

I was given a warm welcome, the man was lovely and polite and asked if there was anything I needed, he was on 24hr call, and he gave me a parking permit so I could park right outside the property. The room was very clean, tidy and airy. It was perfect for an overnight stay, and I will be going back in the future.

Great location...very clean... great hosts...nothing was too much Lisa was a great host...room tidy and spacious...quiet of an evening...Lisa put us on the bottom floor which was great as we have a baby so no carrying prams or luggage upstairs...really could not fault the place. We wanted to stay another evening but unfortunately the room was booked we will be back in July. Cheap parking a stones throw away also which was handy

David and Gill are excellent hosts, always on hand. Great location, room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Best English breakfast we've had. Plenty of selection including fresh fruit, croissants and juices. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you prefer a homely feel and quietness away from the sea front, which is only a 5-10 minute walk away.
