Great location for us as our family lived only 1 mile down the road. Lovely 3 bedroom with separate lounge and kitchen. Friendly neighbours in a quiet area. We would definitely stay there again.

I was doing a set of intensive driving lessons in the area and stayed at Upton Village Guesthouse. Phil was a great host and even allowed me to check in an hour earlier than initially planned. Totally recommend!

A super homely, beautiful bed and breakfast. Pre-arrival information was fantastic. We had a lovely, warm welcome from our hosts and taken to our room. It was spotless and extremely comfortable. The tea tray was very generous and our mini fridge not only had bottles of water but fresh milk too. Our en-suite was vast and stylish with everything you could need - especially those essentials that you may have forgotten to pack. The location was quiet and very safe; a great feeling when you're also close to all amenities.

My stay at Phil’s guest house in Upton was lovely. He was a very accommodating host reaching out during my 3 day stay to see if I needed anything else. The property was clean, comfortable and quiet with convenient parking. I’ll definitely be staying again!
