The hotel room was very quaint and cozy with just the right amenities provided. The host was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and provided use a great intoduction to the town and where to seek out entertainment and food. The info book provided in the room allowed us to plan out our stay in the area and gave us info on good places to find entertainment and soemthing to eat. The sweets by the bedside were a nice touch along with the books and other interesting things relating to the area found in the suites living area. The location was great as it was a short walk to town centre and very easy to get into and out of for the remaining leg of our trip. Parking on site was great. I would recommend the Dionard Guest House to anyone who wants a great place to stay in Inverness. Breakfast was also wonderful.

The location was perfect, we were a few blocks from downtown Inverness without feeling like we were in the middle of the city. Luigi was great at assisting us with our car when we couldn't fit it into the parking area (side mirrors wouldn't collapse), and was able to provide alternate accommodation.
The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The first day we had the full Scottish, which was more than plenty. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked. The second morning we opted for the Continental which was still plenty of food for the lighter option.
The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Set up allowed us to feel as if we were sharing a cute house. My group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed it!
Location was a quick walk to restaurants and bars, and an even quicker walk to one of the best bakeries, with breakfast foods, we have experienced
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
We had a wonderful holiday at Kilberry Guest House. John ,Hetty & DJ were perfect hosts. The place was spotless, comfortable & very relaxing.
We had breakfast, which we weren't really expecting. It consisted of cereal, fruit juice & bread that could be toasted.
We certainly could not fault this guest house or its hosts. It was also very reasonable & great value for money.
We will definitely be back & I would recommend it to anyone.
Comfortable and very clean, parking outside and convenient for the main square in the town . Double glazing made it quiet. The Downright Gabbler hosts fine dining evenings so worth looking to see if you can book in whilst staying there, very highly recommended.
Great place to stay! Beautiful location, quiet, close to shops and restaurants. Spacious, spotlessly clean room, bathroom is great and shower is hot. Beds comfortable and armchairs an added bonus. Shared kitchenette is well supplied, and breakfast is more than adequate. Hosts are lovely and keen to ensure you have a good stay.
Absolutely stunning cottage. We felt right at home on arrival and didn't want to leave! Andrew was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Fresh bread and milk was a bonus and greatly appreciated. Everything we wanted and more was provided. Very well equipped. Fabulous open fire. Beautiful location. Some great forest walks right on doorstep.
We would recommend staying at the cottage, and we would definitely come back. A real home from home.
The hosts were magnificent and welcoming, the beds were very comfortable with good services such as high speed internet and tv with netflix and youtube. Quiet spot with a beautiful town only 5 minutes down the road
Our stay was amazing! Isobel was a great host. We felt as if we were home. The attention to detail was unmatched. Breakfast was wonderful. I would 100 percent recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and everyone! It was quite literally the best and most memorable stay of our entire trip.
Breakfast was superb, continental style with a huge choice. Scrambled eggs, bacon and porridge was also available if required. Location was perfect for our requirements to travel and explore surrounding area. Located in a small village it was also lovely and quiet throughout the night. Our hosts were very friendly, approachable, helpful and above all professional. Accommodation was spotless throughout. We are just sad that they are retiring soon as we would definitely have been return visitors . Excellent all round
