For the price we paid, excellent all round. Nothing not to like. Clean, comfortable, great location, quiet, very close to great pub, good restaurant on site for very reasonably priced and good breakfast.

Really good location to walk into the centre of Beadnell and also to the Beach & Harbour. Parking is on the road, and it’s a great location to explore the Northumberland Coast.

Great accommodation in a great location for exploring the area. We found Coastal Plaice clean and well equipped with everything we needed, for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was nice to have the choice of a bath as well as the usual shower too. The house is situated within a quiet location that’s ideal for exploring the area, along with the choice of several different places to eat or grab a drink within easy walking distance. We really appreciated the welcoming gift of a chilled bottle of Prosecco and the box of shortbread too!

Beadnell is a lovely quaint village and Farne Lodge is in a great location in the heart of the village. No shortage of places to eat as there are cafes and a pub close by.
