Such a lovely house overlooking the sea in the quiet end of south end so nicely decorated inside really clean and the bedrooms were lovely. Lovely breakfast and lots of little touches the hosts were really nice and welcoming

Very clean, neat and tidy with everything provided that I needed. Staff was professional, polite & gave good clear instructions on how to access.

Code for entry was supposed to be sent with email but unfortunately wasn't and had to be requested separately but was provided by host in time for entry.
Very comfortable and host made me feel welcome from the start good parking as in a private enclosure would recommend a stay here and will return when next in the area shops and take aways close by so is transport buses pass just outside into Basildon center
It’s super cheap and to be honest - for those leaving negative reviews - what do people expect for £50 for the night including a full English breakfast (which was very nice by the way). It’s a budget hotel but imo value for money.
Ye sure, the rooms could benefit from a bit of an upgrade, but it was clean, quiet (apart from the drunk guests fighting upstairs - but something the hotel can’t control). The rooms have a good size tv, comfy bed, kettle with tea and coffee and a decent shower.
My dog had no complaints
