This was a lovely seaside house which Steve and his wife, an art teacher, have done an amazing job decorating, including hanging some of her own abstract paintings. They met us at the door and we had a great conversation. I felt it was a fine opportunity to interact with local people. They had some good travel tips for us. Their wonderful home with its antiques and

We liked the fact that we were near Belfast but not in the city. It was a short drive to Bangor which is a nice seaside village. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful, especially with carrying my friend's bags up and down the stairs.

The hosts, Donna & James, are of warm & welcoming. They offered very helpful suggestions as to what to do in and around town. The property itself is charming and well-appointed. Everything is clean, cozy and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent; a perfect way to start your day exploring Belfast. The neighborhood is very safe and excellent public transportation is a little more than a block away. This was our first time visiting Belfast and when we return, we’ll definitely be staying at Roseleigh House!

We stayed only 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. All the little touches and history were truly lovely. The most comfortable beds too
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location, pretty close to the marina, Pickie fun park and to the city centre. Our room was spacious on the top floor with a sea view. Great outdoor seating area and plenty of room to park. Hosts Ann/Liz were very accommodating!

Breakfast was made to order, a delicious alternative to fry-ups. Our hosts were friendly and obliging. We found Princeton Guest House clean, quiet and comfortable- all that we want in accommodation.
This is a Victorian style guest house with all the mod cons as well. Great location just by the seafront. Comfortable room, the bed was so comfy too.But what made my stay special were my hosts, Sonia and Gavin, who were simply brilliant. Sonia’s breakfast menu was not your usual fry up, which for me was great. There was a varied selection of healthy, nutritious but none the less delicious offerings. They were so friendly and welcoming and great craic as well. Thank you folks for a great stay!
Lovely guesthouse in a great location. Our room on the top floor was spacious and warm with comfortable beds and a nice view of the sea in the distance. Breakfast was haute - with fresh tasty ingredients presented with style. We enjoyed scrambled egg with home grown green onion and tomatoes; homemade pancakes with high quality melted chocolate; and a flavorsome aesthetically pleasing smoothie bowl. Hosts Sonia and Gavin were super attentive and their commitment to minimising negative impacts on the environment remarkable.
