They have 2 places, Winston hse and Ava house only a street away but Winston is the worst one. I was suppose to stay for 12 nights but I had to cut my trip short. There were no dinner plates at all, 3 cereal bowls and couple of water glasses and once finished you had to wash them in the toilet sink as there are no washing facilities for guests. Spoke to the admin who was extremely rude and said I could leave which I did, appalling after paying just over £55 pounds per night

Beautifully furnished, quiet location, which was extremely comfortable for a romantic break away. Good WiFi, smart TV, large double shower, comfortable bed and sofa area for lounging.
Small welcome pack included with biscuits, milk etc. Lots of kitchen gadgets for coffee etc.
Didn't meet the hosts but when the area had a power cut, communication was quick and easy via text. Would highly recommend.
Great hosts, room had all I needed and was very clean and comfortable, tasty breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden. I have been staying here several times in recent months and I keep returning. 10/10
Good freshly made breakfast. Charming Hotel. Friendly Host. Comfortable enough room. close to a good pub for food. Everything you need when business traveling.
18th century cottage, maybe earlier? Quaint, love the steep stairs, very old England.
Owner very welcoming and friendly.
Room 3 was a double ensuite, very comfortable, overlooking beautiful garden, extremely quiet, although near a main road (30mph) we couldn't hear any traffic.
Breakfast was tasty and
Delicious.
Quainton is a lovely pretty village and the annex is in an ideal location. Nice village pub in walking distance. Lots of footpath walks on your door step. Country views. Very quiet.

Absolutely lovely house, very clean, very comfortable, easy to find within a quiet housing estate. Lovely little children's playground on the green area outside the house.
House is well equipped and there is an excellent fish and chip shop with a short walk.
The host had supplied fresh milk and tea, coffee and general condiments
