A lovely warm welcome from the hosts. Expectionally clean with a very comfortable bed. A small kitchen area with everything you could need. Fresh milk supplied. Also fresh fruit and chocolate bars.
We only stayed 1 night but will be back again hopefully for longer next time

Lovely little guest house within such easy reach of the railway line into London and a short walk to the lovely foley pub where you can get some lovely food and drinks. Staff are amazing so welcoming and lovely quiet place.

Carol was helpful in sorting my booking and told me I could switch to any other unoccupied room if I wanted to during my stay.

The property inside was immaculate.
The heating was on so lovely and toasty especially so we could shower and relax.
The bonus was the milk (proper milk) in fridge and Cereal and bread and selection of jams and proper butter. After travelling all day we could relax eat and be warm while watching tv.
It would be a great base to use.

Westleigh is a fabulous place, quality bedrooms and comfortable lounge. Westleigh is along a quiet country road with off road parking, lovely location. We were warmly greeted and felt very welcome.
The property was in an excellent location. Parking was on site. The house was immaculate with spacious and I had very well furnished and comfortable room with a fab roll top bath and power shower.
Breakfast was perfect and David was the perfect host. Will definitely be back!

Stunning property on a quiet road close to Ashtead village. Lovely hosts, bed extremely comfortable, large modern bathroom with floor to ceiling window overlooking the stunning garden. all mod cons and a delicious continental breakfast.
Our stay at Westleigh was phenomenal! The guesthouse is on a quiet street close to the high street with great amenities, including easy parking. Our room was comfortable, a great size, very clean and modern with a huge bathroom and everything we needed. We loved the vibe of the property and Jane and David made us feel welcome. The town of Ashtead was also great for a meal.
David the host house was large and in a very quiet part of ashtead. David was friendly and helpful and our stay was pleasant. The en-suite double room is very and very comfortable with mini fridge coffee and large sofa to sit on good tv. very high standard and very clean. for a couple it’s great to stay and the bathroom with the rain fall shower and luxury bath tops it all off which is very large. We enjoyed our stay and loved our time. I would come again and recommend this large stunning guest house.
A Friendly welcome, followed by splendid accommodation. the on-suite was to the highest quality…our room also had a massive king sized (comfortable) bed.
