Lovely greeting with tea and homemade Banana Bread, very helpful with directions and I had a call before arriving saying that the room was ready if we arrived earlier which was brilliant and i left a little earlier. The room was very comfortable, the bed was amazing and all the facilities were very modern and well kept. Some fudge as a gift in the room was beautiful. And a lovely choice for breakfast which tasted amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and I will definitely be staying again.

Incredibly friendly staff running the facility. Also, while it was all clean and tidy, the bathroom especially smelled fresh and looked very clean.

The room was fantastic,clean spacious with lovely decor. Also the shower and jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat. The owners were so nice and friendly they couldn't do enough for you. Not that we needed them to do anything, as everything we needed was there and been thought of. Not to mention absolute top quality breakfast made exactly as you want it

The staff/owners were so accommodating. The rooms were lovely bright but cosy in style and the tea & coffee plus biscuits in the room were very welcomed. We wouldn't definitely stay there again.. Great location to.

The school house was a lovely place for me and my family to spend a weekend. It has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard and has so much charm and comfort, we would definitely stay again!! Perfect location, beautiful space and great hosts, thank you!
Great location right near the shops in Ashburton. I was doing a course at the cookery school and the location was also perfect for this, about a 15 minute walk.
Property was nicely done up, bathroom and kitchen were in good condition.

The hosts, Chris and Susie; The lovely building, full of character, history and slightly unexpected sloping floors! The splendid, freshly-made, breakfasts; The surrounding quaint village, with very easy access to the A38 and major roads beyond. The extra large, very comfortable bed, in a good size room, with en suite bathroom and very good shower.
Loved the location in this small picturesque town. Spent most of our time exploring the area and meeting locals. House was extremely quiet and enjoyed the morning light and sound of the birds. House was perfect for us and had all we needed for our visit. Shops and restaurants in town were excellent. Michael is a great host.
Such a lovely bed and breakfast, the hosts were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit salad and scrambled eggs and smoked salmon (as well as the usual full English). Everything was very clean and cosy; we had 3 bedrooms - our party ranged from 8 - 80 year olds and we all had a relaxing and happy time. We would highly recommend this guest house and hope we can come back soon!
