We arrived early as we were attending Ascot Races. The owners were so welcoming & had gotten one of our 3 rooms ready for us to get changed. The walk to the racecourse was short but they offered to book us a taxi which was great.
Breakfast was amazing.
We will be back as everything was so perfect.

Great accommodation option with separate ensuited rooms. We had two rooms, both overlooking the garden. The twin room was very spacious, with a sitting room stepped down from the bedroom level.
It’s not too far to drive into town and there is parking near the rooms. Would definitely recommend this quiet, comfortable accommodation.

The meet & greet the professional approach to good customer service. Paul ferried us to a local Pub/Restaurant that was excellent value for money(Leslie had pre-booked us) It was a Godsend. We had to departure early than expected due to forecasted storm warning 17th February, Paul gave us the correct information to get to East Midlands airport. Overall a great example of good customer care

This is a very comfortable guest house on a quiet street in Ascot. It is always immaculately clean and the owners cannot do enough for you, they are very kind and helpful.
The hotel is so well designed. It felt boutique and beautiful for our one night stay. It felt really cosy and warm but with really modern clean lines and a fresh airy feel. The room was easy access and quiet and totally brilliant. Parking is just outside and the check in couldn’t have been simpler with the most easy going and warm reception.
The value for money is exceptional and I would recommend it to everyone as somewhere to stay for any purpose!
The location was fantastic for our raceday at ascot just a short walk to the course .The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet.Everything was perfect the facilities were all high end and easy to use and very clean also the hosts were very helpful when I had an issue with my shoe finding me some glue to fix the sole
