Comfortable room and very nice breakfast (included in the room price). Very short walk from the town center and even shorter to the railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The busy road during the day is very quiet at night. The only real drawback would be the steep stairs to the rooms that some people would find difficult to negotiate.

Matt, owner/manager with his spouse, is delightful. Good sheets, towels, beds etc. Not 'luxe' but very good of it's type. What looks like a good pub is only 150 yards away so easy to organise a dinner, b&b rather than just b&b.
