Very comfortable and cosy place. Great shower for a tall person such as me, plus very nicely fitted ensuite. Lovely breakfast and great welcome. Very happy all round. Would stay again

We were initially given room 2 which was lovely however we could hear the fan in the kitchen which was pretty loud. We asked a member of staff if the fan would be switched off at night and we were told that it would be turned down but not off. We were offered room 1 which turned out to be very quiet.
The staff were very polite and accommadating and
the food was lovely.
Great location. Rural, quiet. Beautiful old mill. Lovely host. Plenty of books and games and toys for children.
Great shower room. Bedrooms are a good size and cosy.
Stunning, cosy and well equipped property, friendly host who communicated well with us prior to arriving. Great location with nice pubs within walking distance. Close enough to the motorways to be really convenient but the only noise you hear is birdsong and zero light pollution making for stunning night skies. Would recommend to anyone.
Perfect location for walking in The Forest of Dean. Great pub 10 minute walk away serving good food.
Great host who was very welcoming and gave us lots of info.
Will go back 😀
